4 teaspoons instant yeast
1 1/2 cups warm milk
1/3 cup sugar
5 cups flour
1 stick butter melted and cooled
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place yeast, milk, and sugar in mixer for 5 minutes before mix to proof. Add eggs, salt butter & mix with paddle 10-15 seconds. Then add flour for about 1-2 minutes on 2-3 speed. Then change to dough hook for 8-10 minutes, check dough at 8 minutes. Cover and put in warm place for 2 hours. Flour the countertops and roll out dough to 1/4 “ thick. Cut dough and fold with cooked meat and cheese. Add drop of water to dry dough to seal. Cover kolaches with towel for 30 minutes to rise. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush with egg wash. Cook 15-20 minutes then brush with butter.
