Patriotic Salad Recipe

1 small pkg strawberry Jell-o
2 cups hot water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
Cup cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 cups sour cream
1 small pkg raspberry gelatin
1 cup hot water
1 cup blueberries with blueberry juice

Layer 1 - dissolve strawberry Jell-o in hot water. Pour into 9x13 glass casserole dish. Let strawberry layer set up in refrigerator.
Layer 2 - Soak unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Combine cream & sugar. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat & add gelatin to cream mixture. Cool and add vanilla and sour cream. Mix with wire whip until smooth and pour over strawberry layer. Let cream mixture set up in refrigerator.
Layer 3 - dissolve raspberry Jell-o in one cup hot water. Add blueberries with juice. Pour over cream layer, and let set up in refrigerator.
