6 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups butter

2 - 15 oz. cans evaporated milk

24 oz. Bakers semi-sweet chocolate block, cut into pcs. (can use chocolate chips)

1 - 13 oz. jet puff marshmallow crème

2 tsp. vanilla

2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)

cooking spray

13 x 9 glass dish

Directions:
Spray glass pan. Add sugar, butter, evaporated milk and bring to a full rolling boil on med, heat (stirring constantly). Cook 4 mins or until registers 234 deg on candy thermometer. Stirring constanatly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and marshmallo creme and stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla and mix well. Pour into pan and cool completely. Cut into squares.
