Milk
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 small box instant pudding mix
2 cups sugar (less if fruit is sweetened)
2 1/2 cups fruit
Directions:
Directions:
In blender, mix 1 cup milk with instant pudding. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into ice cream freezer and add enough milk for 1 gallon. Put freezer in tub and pack with ice. Crank slowly for first few minutes to give milk time to chill. Then crank vigorously until ice cream hardens.
