1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup boiling water
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg

- Mix oil salt and sugar in large bowl, then add boiling water, whisk to dissolve sugar
Mix in 1 egg making sure mixture is cool

1/4 cup warm water (110º - 115º)
1 pkg dry yeast
1 tsp sugar

- Mix and let bloom in a warm spot

When yeast is fully bloomed, gently mix into oil, water, and sugar mixture. Add 3 cups of flour gently (dough will be sticky).

Cover, place in warm area and allow to rise 45-60 min. Punch down dough, turn out onto well floured surface. You may have to incorporate a little more flour. Knead until smooth and elastic. Roll out and cut rolls. Rise again in warm spot, covered 1 hr.
Bake in preheated 400º oven 8-10 min or until golden.
