2# yellow squash
1 onion chopped
1cup Mayo
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing(dry)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
French fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion without salt. Drain well. Combine squash with mayo and next 4 ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Add onion rings on top for the last 5 or 10 min.
