1 bunch brussel sprouts
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º.

Quarter brussel sprouts and lay on a sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil on sprouts and salt to taste.

Roast for 30 minutes.
