Personal Notes:
My Jalapeno Popper Mac and Cheese obsession started in Wisconsin Dells having lunch with my family.
We went to a place called MACS and just as you thought, it is a plethora of mac and cheese varieties. Everyone got a different macaroni and we all tried a bite of each. Talk about heaven.
My rule of thumb is to add cream cheese and spice to anything and it's my favorite, make it mini and it's over. Here we present the best of both worlds.
