Meat: Minced chicken, beef, pork, or shrimp
2 eggs
Soy Sauce
1-2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1-2 Tbsp Butter
Mixed vegetables (broccoli cut small, sliced carrots, snow peas, sprouts, frozen mixed vegies, sliced celery - any combination)

Cook meat, if necessary in a little oil and soy sauce. Remove from skillet and set aside. Stir fry eggs in a little butter in a hot skillet until cooked. Take out and set aside. Reheat skillet. Add a little oil. Saute vegetables in garlic until they are tender crisp. Remove vegies and reheat skillet with a tablespoon of butter. Put in cold rice and flatten. Allow to fry slightly. Add soy sauce (about 2 Tbsp or to taste) and add more butter or oil if necessary so the rice doesn't stick. Add cooked vegetables, cooked meat, egg, and about 1 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce. Heat through.
