½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen and thawed) plus more for serving
½ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
3 Tbsp Sugar
32 fresh Mint leaves (plus more for serving)
1 cup White Rum
4 cups Ice
½ cup Club Soda
Lime slices for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Add blueberries, lime juice, sugar, and 8 mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. Use the end of a wooden spoon or cocktail muddler to muddle the mint into the lime juice (don't over muddle). Add rum, stir well, and then pour into a glass filled with ice, leaving about an inch of room then top with club soda. Serve with extra blueberries, mint leaves, and a lime slice.
