2 cups Bisquik
⅔ cup Milk
½ cup Shredded Cheese (I use a cheddar/monterey jack blend)
2 Tbsp melted Butter
¼ tsp Garlic Salt (or garlic powder to reduce sodium)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and then drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450º for 8-10 minutes.

Personal Notes:
The "real" recipe calls for the butter and garlic powder to be mixed and brushed on top, but I always mix it in. I also usually heap my 1/2 cup of cheese.
