1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 2/3 cups powdered sugar
5 to 6 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
In heavy saucepan melt butter and cocoa, about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour in small bowl add powdered sugar and milk, alternating and stirring well with each addition. Add in all sugar and milk until well mixed. Add vanilla and beat with mixer until creamy.
