6 Cups Water
1/4 Cup Flour
4 Tbsp. Butter
1 Onion
4 Ribs of Celery
4 cloves of smashed Garlic
2 Cups Turkey Stock
1/2 Cup Whole Milk or (1/2 and 1/2)
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Turkey Wings cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk 1/4 Cup of Flour with 1/2 a Cup of Water set a side.
Med heat Saute Butter Onion and Celery until the onion is see through and the celery is softened.
add Smashed garlic and the whisked flour. Keep whisking as you add the Turkey stock, Milk, Vinegar, and the rest of the water. Break up the Turkey Wings into small pieces and add them into the gravy. Turn down heat and cover. Will thicken up quickly make sure you continue to stir every couple of min.
