1 c. brown sugar
6 Tbs. flour
¼ tsp. salt
2½ c. milk
2 egg yolks
3 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in pan on medium heat. Add milk and well-beaten egg yolks.
2. Still on medium heat, til thick.
3. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla and gently pour into a cooked pie shell.
4. Cool 4-6 hours.
