One stick margarine, softened
1 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
One 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
One cup
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup Cool Whip
Two small packages instant pudding any flavor
3 cups milk
One 9 ounce container of Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350F.

LAYER1: mix butter, flour and pecans together with a fork. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.

LAYER 2: mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip until fluffy. Spread over layer 1.

LAYER 3: mix together putting in milk. Spread over layer 2.

LAYER 4: Top with Cool Whip.
