Four eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar
One cup cooking oil
One can (16 ounces) pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beef eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Stir together dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Mix thoroughly. Spread the batter in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Bake in 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely. Frost with cream cheese icing. Cut into bars.
