4 cups water
4 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
2 potatoes, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 celery stalks, chopped fine
1/3 cup floue
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup water
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 4 cups water, bouillon powder, potatoes, carrots, onions and celery in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Mix flour, salt, pepper and 1 cup water in a small container until smooth. Stir into simmering soup to thicken. Add milk and hat through.
