2 c diced onion
1 c frozen corn kernels
1 T minced garlic
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
2 T olive oil
1 T tomato paste
1 T chipotle chilis in adobo sauce, minced
½ t chili powder (use less if you want less spicy)
1 t oregano
½ t cumin
5 c chicken stock or broth
1½ cans diced tomatoes in juice
2 c cooked shredded chicken
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 T cilantro
2 T lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute first 4 ingredients in oil until tender. Add tomato paste and next 4 ingredients. Cook 1 min. Add broth and next 3 ingredients. Simmer for 10 min. Finish soup with cilantro and lime. Garnish with avocado, sour cream and cheese.
