2/3 cup salsa
1 small onion - chopped
1.5 cups of water
1 tsp chili powder
15 oz tomato sauce
15.25 oz whole kernel corn - drained
1 pkg Hot Sausage
15.5 oz kidney beans - rinsed and drained

Toppings: sour cream, chopped cilantro, shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sausage, onion, and chili powder in large saucepan over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes or until sausage is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain. Return to pan.
2. Stir in water, beans, corn, tomato sauce, and salsa. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Serve with toppings as desired.
