1 tsp salt - to taste
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
12 oz pasta shells - medium size
2 tsp garlic powder
3 cups milk
4 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp butter
6 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
1/2 tsp black pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan or skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until mixture clumps. Whisk in milk SLOWLY - work out the lumps as you go. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add cheese and stir until melted.
3. Stir pasta shells into sauce. Stir bacon into pasta.
