Texas White Bread
3 eggs
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp. milk or water

Butter for skillet
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredents except butter. Pour into a pie tin flip bread on both sides. Set bread into med heated buttered skillet. Brown on both sides.
