1 cup diced ham
1 cup frozen peas
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp fresh parsley
a/r Salt & Pepper


Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a pot, mix in flour ( careful not to burn )
2. Add milk and stir constantly until thickened
3. Remove from heat and add baking powder
4. Add ham and peas to pot
5. Season as desired. Serve or save to later ( If saved reheat before serving )
6 Garnish with parsley ( optional )
