½ cup finely chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
¼ cup butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Brown meat, onions & garlic in butter. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Heat until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
