1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup sugar
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup whipping cream (whipped)
Directions:
Directions:
Partially drain pineapple and bring to boil with sugar.
Mix unflavored gelatin.
Add pineapple mixture with gelatin and cool completely.
Fold in cheese, nuts and whipped cream.
