French Dip Sandwiches Recipe

2 cans (10.5 oz.) condensed French onion soup
1 can (10.5 oz.) beef consommé
3 - 4 lbs. beef chuck roast
8 sandwich rolls
8 slices provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker.
Pour soup and consomme on top.
Cover and cook for 8 hours on low or four hours on high

Remove 3 cups juice and put in small pan.
Heat on medium and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a hard simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer beef to a pie plate and shred with fork,

Place sliced rolls in a 9X13 pan and spoon on meat.
Top with cheese and top of roll

Cover with foil and bake @ 350º for 5 minutes.
Serve with side sauce.
