4 large baking potatoes
1 large container sour cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1 stick butter (Kerigold)
2 teaspoons salt (adjust to your liking)
1 teaspoon pepper
1 large bag sharp(or mild) cheddar cheese

Wash potatoes. Then spray them with non stick oil (Pam)

Bake at 400 º for approximately 1 1/2 hours. (time may very depending on oven) Make sure they are soft and DO NOT WRAP THEM IN FOIL

Remove from oven. Cut potatoes long way in half. Using a spoon, core out inner part of potatoes, leaving only the skin. Place skins on cookie sheet.

Mix cooked potatoes with above ingredients, saving a little cheese to sprinkle on top for garnish.
Put potatoe mixture back inside potatoe skins, Topping with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350º for approximately 25 minutes(until cheese is nice and bubbly)
