Round steak
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. oil, vegetable or olive oil
¼ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle steak with garlic powder and pound steak with a meat tenderizer hammer.
Cut steak into individual serving sizes.
Dip the steak into the bread crumbs (in a bowl or in a plastic bag).
In a bowl, add 1 Tbsp. of water to the egg and beat until mixed.
Dip breaded steak into the egg mixture.
Dip steak into the bread crumbs again.
Steak can be cooked on the stove by frying in a small amount of oil for 10 minutes or it can be baked in the oven at 350º for 20 minutes.
