12 medium potaoted parred and quartered
1/2 c butter
1/2 c half & half
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp grated Parmesean Cheese
3/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salt water, drain
Beat potatoes with half & half, salt and pepper until smooth
Spread in greased baking dish
mix cheese and paprika, sprinkle over top of potatoes
Bake in preheated oven @350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
