1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
5 Tablespoons powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups rhubarb (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar together; press into 13 x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
Beat eggs and add sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Fold in rhubarb. Spread rhubarb mixture over
the baked crust and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
