3 lbs stew meat
2 onions
1 cup celery
2 cups carrots (cut)
4 med potatoes (cut)
1 pkg onion tomato dry soup
1 can tomato soup
2 cups water
2 tbls tapioca
1 tbls sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Layer meat and vegies in a dutch oven. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Cover and cook at 250º for 5 hours. DO NOT lift cover while cooking or you will ruin this stew.

Chicken pieces can also be used.
