1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbs erythritol
1 Tbs poppy seeds
¼ tsp salt
1 large egg
Juice and zest from 1 lemon
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Lightly grease 6- 6 oz ramekins, set aside
In med. bowl, mix all dry ingredients and then add in the wet ingredients. Divide the oatmeal mixture into 6- 6oz ramekins. Pour 1/2 cup water into the inner pot of the instant pot. Place the steam rack inside the inner pot and arrange ramekins on top of the rack, you may have to cook 3 then 3.
Secure the lid. Press manual or pressure cook button and adjust the time to 5 min.
When the timer beeps, quick release pressure until the float valve drops and unlock lid.
The ramekins will be hot so be sure to allow them to cool and carefully use mitts to remove them from the instant pot..
