½ cup canola oil
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ cup sugar (heaping)
4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. yeast (use Fleichmann's Breadmachine Yeast)

2 cups dry fine breadcrumbs

Directions:

1. Combine wet ingredients in Breadmachine bucket.
2. Mix in dry ingredients except for bread crumbs.
3. Set Breadmachine to "Dough" then "Start" and it will automatically set the time (should be 1 hr 30 mins)
4. When finished, pour the batter onto tray. Shape into golf ball sized balls. Coat dough in fine breadcrumbs.
5. Set them aside. Let rise for 1 hour.
6. Bake at 325º for 24 minutes.
