1 whole chicken
1 onion
4 stalks of celery
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
4 qts of Water
1 bulb of garlic (crushed)
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 16 oz bag of frozen corn
1 16 oz of bag frozen Lima beans
1 28 oz can of diced or stewed tomatoes
1 28 oz can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a 10 quart Sauté onions and celery in olive oil
Add garlic
Add onions, celery, salt and pepper to chicken while boiling.
Cook until meat separates from bone

Remove chicken from pot and de-bone. Save broth. Return chicken to broth. Add remainder of ingredients
Cook for approximately 60 mins or until vegetables are cooked.
