1 3 lb fryer chicken - cut up in individual pieces

Combine:
1/4 c butter
1/3 c honey
2 Tblsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking pan, skin-side up. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and nicely browned. Good served with rice.
May also be placed in crockpot to cook on high for 3 hours.
