2 (14-oz) pkgs gingerbread mix
1 (5.1-oz) pkg vanilla pudding mix
1 (30-oz) can pumpkin pie filling-I use half the can
c packed brown sugar
⅓ t cinnamon
1 (12-oz) Cool Whip
c gingersnaps, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Bake gingerbread according to pkg; cool. Prepare pudding and set aside. Stir pumpkin, sugar and cinnamon into pudding. Crumble of gingerbread into trifle bowl. Top with pudding. Then add Cool Whip on top of pudding. Repeat with gingerbread, pudding and ending with Cool whip. Sprinkle with crushed gingersnaps. Refrigerate overnight.
