2 heads crushed garlic
2 tbsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp safron spice
¼ cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. The night before cooking, stab and poke pork shoulder to vent.
3. mix crushed garlic, salt and pepper together.
4. Add garlic powder and safron. rub mixture all over pork shoulder and stab shoulder again.
5. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
6. When ready to bake; preheat oven to 350º
7. Rub olive oil all over shoulder.
8. Bake for 3½-4 hours.
