1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant pineapple or vanilla pudding
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 - 10 oz bottle 7 up

Frosting:
1 stick butter
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix sugar and flour. Add eggs and pineapple, butter and vanilla. Cook until thick, stirring, add coconut and nuts. Spread between layers and on top of cake.

Mix all ingredients, adding 7 up last. Pour into 3 cake pans. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
