1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c fresh cilantro, chopped
2 T minced seeded jalapeņo
1 t salt
2 t ground cumin
1/2 t pepper
2 t chili powder
4 taco shells, finely crushed
2 lg egg whites
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 lbs ground beef
Salsa, sour cream, cheese dip, avocado, hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Coat crock pot with cooking spray. Combine beans and next 11 ingredients in bowl. Crumble beef over mixture then stir until just blended. Shape mixture into loaf and place into crockpot. Cover with lid and cook 1 hour on high. Reduce to low and cook 2-3 hours or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with salsa, sour cream, etc.
