1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 quart softened vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter together. Press into bottom of a 9" square pan.
Combine pumpkin with brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Fold into the softened vanilla ice cream.
Pour mixture into crumb-lined pan. Cover and freeze until firm. Cut into squares. Top with whipped cream and nuts.
