2 lbs ground pork
2 tbsp soy sauce
cup sugar
cup soy sauce
tsp. salt
tsp. paprika
tsp. crushed pepper
⅓ tsp. oregano
1 head garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and let stand for 1 to 2 hours.

2. Mold meat into 2x 1 inch rolls or patties as desidered and wrap individually with wax paper. Arrange in rows inside Tupperware and freeze
3. Defrost desired pieces in fridge.

5. Add two tablespoons of oil and fry till nicely browned. Serve hot.
