4 whole eggs, slightly beaten
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon rind

Bella's alternate recipe:
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
12 egg yolks
lime peal as flavor
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and beat lightly.
2. caramelize mold w/ ¼ cup sugar
3. Strain combined ingredients into mold.
4. Steam or bake until firm.
5. Cool before unmolding into platter.
