A shallow bowl for baking

1 complete head of cauliflower

water enough to cover bottom of baking dish

1 can cream of mushroom soup

smallest block of Velveeta cheese

Milk for thinning cheese mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º

Wash and trim the leaves off the cauliflower. Cut the core to be level with the bottom of the cauliflower.

Place the cauliflower in baking dish with water

Cover with plastic wrap and vent one side. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, then check to see if the cauliflower is tender enough for your taste. If not, microwave longer

Once cooked to your satisfaction, drain off water and set aside.

Mix mushroom soup, cheese and milk. Microwave until the mixture is creamy.

Pour mixture over the cauliflower and bake until lightly browned or microwave without browning.
