3 cups al-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa
1½ tsp. baking powder
1½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 T. butter or margarine, melted
1½ tsp. vanilla
1½ tsp. almond extract
3 cups grated zucchini
½ cup chocolate chips

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Combine eggs, oil, butter and extracts; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8x4x2-inch loaf pans. Bake in a preheated oven set at 350º for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pans to a wire rack.
