¾ cups margarine or butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsps. vanilla
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 (8-oz.) chocolate candy bar, chopped or 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat butter or margarine, sugars and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate pieces. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
