3 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup chili sauce
2 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. fresh basil
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
2 lb. fresh shrimp
skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except shrimp, together. Place in a large Ziploc bag. Add the shrimp. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove shrimp from marinade. Assemble them on a skewer. Grill over a pre-heated grill for 2-3 minutes per side.

The Key West pinks are the best shrimp to buy. If you need to buy frozen, thaw first. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for an hour or so first.
