1/2 box medium shells pasts
8oz cottage cheese
8 oz sour cream
½ lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ C grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C plain bread crumbs
1/2 stick melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain
In separate bowl, mix all cheeses & sour cream together
Stir in pasta with cheese mixture , add salt & pepper to taste
Put into 8x8” baking dish
Mix bread crumbs and melted butter, top with this mixture
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
