fish - 1½ - 2" thick (3-4 pieces)
dash salt
6 tsp. butter (or 2 tsp. per fish piece)
3 cups fresh bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
3 tab. toasted sesame seeds
⅓ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange fish in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with salt & top each with butter. Combine remaining ingredients & mound over each piece of fish. Bake at 350º - Uncovered or until fish flakes easily with a fork approximately 30 minutes.

Since I started making fish this way (1999) it has turned cooking fish more creative & delicious. We were tired of the same old way.
