2 lbs frozen Orida Potatoes , thawed
1 C diced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb carton sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 C crushed potato chips for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl
Salt & pepper to taste
Place in 9x13” baking dish
Add potato chip topping when ready to bake
Bake at 375º for 1 hour
Can be made 3 or 4 hours ahead of time
