1 LB of lean ground beef
1/2 red bell pepper small diced
1/2 medium onion small diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 15 oz can of beef stock
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups of rice cooked according to package instructtions
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs flour

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground beef in olive oil, breaking into small crumbles. When browned remove excess oil and add oios, peppers and garlic and cook until vegetables are soft. Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir in, let cook for 1 minute then add stock. Cook until mixture thickens into a gravy, about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat. Serve ove prepared rice.
