5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare all ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix well then add the butter mixing well.

Taste test a few times adding whatever you think is missing. Stuff the turkey. If there is any stuffing left it can be warmed in a casserole dish or slow cooker.

REMEMBER: You can always add more but once it's in there, it's in there! In other words just put smaller amounts of seasoning, taste testing after you add something.

Personal Notes:
This recipe was put together by Grampa Wayne Leaver and I. Each holiday of the year Grampa and I would get together and make the stuffing. Through the years we perfected it. When Grampa passed I carried on the tradition and now Barbie and Ami have asked me for the recipe and have done a great job of keeping this tradition alive for generations to come. We never had a recipe, it was just in our heads but in 2019 Ami asked for the recipe and so Barbie helped me to put one together so the picture above represents our efforts.
